Effective date: 10 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Sue Stocks Business Support provides virtual administrative, project and business support services to clients.

By engaging Sue Stocks Business Support, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Sue Stocks Business Support provides professional virtual support services, which may include:

  • Administrative support
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Document preparation and formatting
  • Research and information gathering
  • Project coordination and support
  • Business organisation and systems support
  • Charity and community sector support

The specific services, deadlines and requirements will be agreed with each client before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, instructions and any necessary materials required to complete agreed work.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving work completed on their behalf and ensuring that information provided for use in documents or communications is accurate.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees will be agreed with each client before work begins.

The hourly rate will be based on the number of hours of support agreed:

  • Up to 5 hours: £30 per hour
  • 6–10 hours: £29 per hour
  • 11–20 hours: £28 per hour
  • Over 20 hours: Bespoke rate, agreed in advance

The agreed hourly rate applies to the level of support booked. If a client subsequently reduces the number of hours agreed, the applicable hourly rate may be adjusted to reflect the lower support level.

Invoices will be issued according to the agreed payment schedule and must be paid within the agreed timeframe.

Sue Stocks Business Support reserves the right to pause work where invoices remain unpaid.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a client needs to cancel or postpone agreed work, reasonable notice should be provided.

Where significant time has been reserved for a project or booking, cancellation terms may be agreed separately with the client.

5. Confidentiality

Sue Stocks Business Support understands that clients may share confidential business information.

All client information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the client’s permission.

6. Data Protection

Sue Stocks Business Support is committed to protecting personal information and handling data responsibly.

Any personal information collected through enquiries, email communication or client work will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the website Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Documents, materials and resources created specifically for a client will belong to the client once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Sue Stocks Business Support retains ownership of its own templates, processes and working methods.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sue Stocks Business Support will carry out work with reasonable care and skill.

However, responsibility cannot be accepted for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by clients, decisions made by clients based on completed work, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
