Services Provided<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sue Stocks Business Support provides professional virtual support services, which may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Administrative support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diary and inbox management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document preparation and formatting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and information gathering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project coordination and support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business organisation and systems support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Charity and community sector support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The specific services, deadlines and requirements will be agreed with each client before work begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients agree to provide accurate information, instructions and any necessary materials required to complete agreed work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving work completed on their behalf and ensuring that information provided for use in documents or communications is accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Fees and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fees will be agreed with each client before work begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hourly rate will be based on the number of hours of support agreed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Up to 5 hours:<\/strong> \u00a330 per hour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6\u201310 hours:<\/strong> \u00a329 per hour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11\u201320 hours:<\/strong> \u00a328 per hour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Over 20 hours:<\/strong> Bespoke rate, agreed in advance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreed hourly rate applies to the level of support booked. If a client subsequently reduces the number of hours agreed, the applicable hourly rate may be adjusted to reflect the lower support level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invoices will be issued according to the agreed payment schedule and must be paid within the agreed timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sue Stocks Business Support reserves the right to pause work where invoices remain unpaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Cancellation and Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a client needs to cancel or postpone agreed work, reasonable notice should be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where significant time has been reserved for a project or booking, cancellation terms may be agreed separately with the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sue Stocks Business Support understands that clients may share confidential business information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All client information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the client\u2019s permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Data Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sue Stocks Business Support is committed to protecting personal information and handling data responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any personal information collected through enquiries, email communication or client work will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the website Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Documents, materials and resources created specifically for a client will belong to the client once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sue Stocks Business Support retains ownership of its own templates, processes and working methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sue Stocks Business Support will carry out work with reasonable care and skill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, responsibility cannot be accepted for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by clients, decisions made by clients based on completed work, or circumstances outside reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9.
